Mr. Browning

I am honored to serve the students, families, and staff of Tallassee Elementary School as Assistant Principal. As a proud graduate of Tallassee High School, it is especially meaningful to have the opportunity to give back to the community that played such an important role in shaping my life. This year marks my 12th year in education and my 11th year serving Tallassee City Schools.

I earned a bachelor's degree from Auburn University, followed by a master's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of West Alabama. I later completed a master's degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama and an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Alabama. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Leadership at the University of Alabama.

Education is truly a family passion for us. My wife and I are both proud members of the Tallassee City Schools family. Our son, Hayden, is a seventh-grade student in Tallassee, and we also have a daughter, Kenzie, and a grandson, Silas. We are grateful to call Tallassee home and enjoy spending time together as a family, especially relaxing on the lake.

I believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and challenged each day they come to school. I look forward to partnering with our families, staff, and community to ensure that every student has the opportunity to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Together, we will continue making Tallassee Elementary a place where "Every Student Matters and Every Moment Counts".
