Mr. Browning

I am excited to serve the students and families of Tallassee Elementary School as Assistant Principal, and to support a positive, student-centered learning environment. I am a proud graduate of Tallassee High School and am grateful for the opportunity to serve the community that helped shape me. This year marks my 11th year in education and my 10th year with Tallassee City Schools.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and later completed a master’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of West Alabama. I also hold a master’s degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama and an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Alabama. I am currently pursuing my Educational Doctorate in Instructional Leadership at the University of Alabama.

Education is truly a family commitment for us. My wife and I both work in the district, and our son, Hayden, is a sixth-grade student in Tallassee. We also have a daughter, Kenzie, and a grandson, Silas. We are proud to call Tallassee home and enjoy spending time together as a family, especially on the lake.
